    The good thingsChill environment and good colleagues. Got chance to involve International and high profile project
    The challenges1. This is not PMC Company. It's Manpower Supplier company 2. If you are not qualified enough for clients, will easily get terminated from contract 3. Underpaid and force to downgrade our expected salary even if you have lots of site experiences

    Good place to gain experience but not for a long term
    The good thingsYou have the chance to be involved in a large-scale project & gain new experience which is great for your resume..
    The challengesMy resume was amended to look good to the client. The client thought I had the experience needed but in reality, I was inexperienced. The 1st few months had problems with EPF payment. No overtime pay. Read your contract carefully before signing.

    The good thingsThe management team keeps support for all staff. Provide guidance and advice when needed. When you working in this company, they train you to be independent and strengthen your mentality and teach you about professionalism in work ethics.
    The challengescompany give Adhoc task and need to complete it asap. Some people can cope with this situation but some cannot. That is why a strong mentality is needed if you want to work in this company.

    The good thingsThe company provided us a proper training, a good place to gain a lots of experience. The company also gives the opportunity to Fresh University Graduates to start their career path in Project Control. Best platform for fresh graduates to involve in Mega Project in Construction Industry.
    The challengesAs a consultant firm, most planner are seconded to client site office for full time project basis. The biggest challenges is to communicate and coordinates with client's team. Some of senior level engineer are not competent/multitasking enough to coordinates junior engineer in terms of problem solving.
