    Great company to work with
The good thingsGood staff bonding and great working collaboration among business units.
The challengesOpportunity to grow. Small outfit of 160 staff, the only way to grow is to move into other sister companies.

    Good exposure, good perks
The good thingsPerks is good, comparable with other big corporations. Exposure to multidiscipline task for assignments given. People is good too. Plenty of CSR activities conducted. Located at place where not too expensive to work (cheap food still available, parking fee not that bad). Management is okay
The challengesDemanding nature of business. Management can be strict. Set of clientele is small, although varies to wide variety of industries. Client can be ridiculously demanding and inefficient, which cost you your sanity

    Challenging but ultimately rewarding
The good thingsAs a corporate advisory consultant, the projects are very diverse. This exposes you to a lot of interesting and complex problems , across a range of topics which is good for people that cannot stick to doing the same thing.
The challengesConsultancy project can be challenging, especially if you need to handle multiple engagements.

My experience working in Prokhas Sdn Bhd has been one of the best one in my life.
The good thingsMy employer is very supportive of the staff self development and performance especially in the areas of developing the skills of the staff where they provide good allocation for the training. The Management also practices 2-way communication where the MD himself will do monthly session with the staff and allow the staff to share opinion and ask any question to the Management.
The challengesI don't find any at the moment. But, to name one might be the survival of the Company in the unstable economic condition facing the country. One more might be the effort of the HR to retain good performers of the Company.
