The good thingsA great experience of working. With the diverse people to meet and what not to do in a MNC. Friendly faces everywhere. Great money that's for sure.

Good for money, below average management team and not systematic work flow.
The good thingsAs System Analyst, the job is challenging, but it's fun. I have the opportunities to play around with all IT related stuff from end to end. From Networking, Database, Engineering, telecommunication, Web technologies, programming and more. Facilities is great, vending machine, TV at social area, Foosball, console (Xbox and PS) and TV
The challengesThe Job Description (JD) is not as what it is. This is good if you are a workaholic and love to work 16 hours a day.The challenging part is management is somehow not know your weakness and strength and how to utilize it. Reward given is not really because you doing the good job. Most of your daily job is not in your monthly metric, and your yearly KPI. So, there is a room for lazy people to look good in the metric, but in reality they just come to work to watch YouTube, Facebook, and browsing. Transparency is more like need to know basis. No training for new hire. All more to on-job training. If you join just for the money, this company suite you right. Workflow - if you give the Idea, you will have to lead it instead of the management or leaders. Career development - none, if there is an opening, you only know if from Jobstreet first of your friend from outside the company. Yearly increment - maybe Bonus - Yes, based on your yearly KPI (your daily work is only 50% of the KPI. Another 50% is from project and other stuff that not related to your job title) Parking is expensive. Cheapest you can get is RM10 and you have to walk 10 -15 minutes from parking to office. Food, not many choices. Good Luck

The good thingsYou will have fun working as long as you are a workaholic and never refuse to accept any form of Challenge. There will always be different types of ad-hoc work which you can involve yourself in and improve your knowledge on operation management. If you are pro-actively suggesting ways to make it easier, the management is always ready to hear your suggestion for consideration.
The challengesNothing is really challenging, as long as you have strong determination to complete the task in hand within shorter period of time. If you do come across any form of challenge, there are people who are always prepared to guide you. After few months on working there, you'll get to know who is the best person to ask for each doubt which you are looking for clarification.

Prometric is a good working place
The good thingsThe high salary along with allowances, flexible working schedule, good benefits, good working location, there's a bit of office politics like other office but all in all everyone is more focused on their job. However salary increment is not that high. I forgot to mention that you can also get performance incentive every 3 months
The challengesI think career advancement is a little bit hard since the position is too little. But when I left, the company was in the midst of expanding so things might be a bit different now.

The good thingsHere I can learn so many things. From server troubleshooting, SQL, network monitoring, escalations procedure, how we resolving issue in the ticket Incidents.
The challengesFor now I would say, the way the management treat the employee should be fair by how their performance, not because we they know someone personally.
