The challengesThe Job Description (JD) is not as what it is. This is good if you are a workaholic and love to work 16 hours a day.The challenging part is management is somehow not know your weakness and strength and how to utilize it. Reward given is not really because you doing the good job. Most of your daily job is not in your monthly metric, and your yearly KPI. So, there is a room for lazy people to look good in the metric, but in reality they just come to work to watch YouTube, Facebook, and browsing.
Transparency is more like need to know basis. No training for new hire. All more to on-job training. If you join just for the money, this company suite you right.
