    Good exposure but operational structure and employee support can be improved.
    The good thingsThe role provides exposure to daily building operations, contractor coordination, resident management, and strata management administration. Employees are given opportunities to handle operational matters independently and gain hands-on experience in property management and building operations.
    The challengesThe company could improve internal operational structure, communication flow, and overall management support to enhance efficiency and staff coordination. Salary payment consistency and operational planning could also be further strengthened to improve employee stability and working experience.

    The good thingsNew experience in property industry. The flow was not far from hotel industry but each industry have a bit different roles in our community. I can see myself in property industry in five years time but for now I'm following the flow going back to hospitality industry.

    The good thingsManager and operation manager are nice. Willing to help me and teach me new things as I was new to property management. The manager also always support me whenever I got into trouble and teach me right when I am doing wrong. Operation manager also understands what I feel and try to give more experience to me.
    The challengesNothing much. Working at this company is quite good. Everyone is nice. My head accounts also good. But the salary this company gives is quite lower than what I expect.

    I have learnt a lot from this excellent company!!
    The good thingsThe best things is Team Work!! The superiors will giving me useful information when I facing some trouble and they will always giving me positive thinking, mindset. I'm enjoy working with them.
    The challengesWe need to settle/get things done in a short period/asap if received any complaint from the residents/committee members. Should have some technical skills to survive.
