Too much office politics & favoritisms
The good thingsFree cheap snacks. Nearby public transport.
The challengesThe team (include Senior Executive, Team Lead, Senior Manager & HOD) should practice respect among each other. There should not be double standard among the team. Annual performance review should be based on work performance, not favoritisms. Your workloads will always grow and there is no career growth. Lack of manpower is common in the team and they just care about getting work done, no empathy even from middle management.

It's not bad, but HR can be improved
The good thingsGood work from home flexibility with two required days in office. Benefits are pretty ok, family medical covered.
The challengesIt's better than a lot of companies outside. But there is a lot of focus on revenue targets here. CEO vision isn't very clear or exciting. Culture is something they are trying to work on improving, but yet to see how it will turn out. HR is probably the weakest link here. Most of the HR management don't really care for their people, with lots of lip service.

    Excellent
The good thingsCalm and fun working environment. Great teamwork within all departments. Keep improvising to deliver the best service. Celebrate the achievements. The company has the huge market for their service all over the five countries, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia. A great working experience.
The challengesFewer monitoring skills among line managers to keep a track on their department’s attendance.

Organizational structures & processes create stagnation
The good thingsGreat support from leaders. But the culture change over time had gotten the most difficult challenges
The challengesHiring a lot diff department leader with different values What the organization need to realize is that this changed the culture of the firm over time Too many people to confirm with for simple decisions/solutions Reporting issue to multiple department to get solutions/decision can be a huge time waster Somehow it will dramatically reduces motivation and output.

    Great journey, learned a lot
The good thingsLots of challenges, management encourages to push past own boundary. If you like a challenging job, this is the best place to be, being the 2nd most popular Real Estate Portal. Culture is rather family like and encouraging each other is always good.
The challengesWe were always viewed as #2 and seldom were given chances to event promote our services to clients who have been using #1 for the last 10 years. Was never easy, but I had my fair share of ups and downs

    Good working environment
The good thingsEasy going environment, supervisors listen to our opinions. Company has quarterly meetings to update everyone on the company's progress and to ask what the staff wants - and they try their best to fulfil the staffs' wants as well. Every department has their own budget which we use to go on outings, and there is a fruit box in the pantry which is refilled weekly and everyone can eat the fruits in there. Got about 5 new beanbags for us too recently based on our request.
The challengesDon't really have any challenges. The only thing I dislike is the automated perfume installed all around the premises which squirts the perfume out periodically. But then again I personally don't like perfume so there.

Scope of work great but lack of team work
The good thingsCompany allows you to come up with new ideas and approaches to tackle sales targets. Company has a well known reputation within the industry that enables you to progress with your job role. Ability to attend various property events and increase personal knowledge.
The challengesNo mileage claim for klang valley or putrajaya or tolls/car parking meant that a huge expense is born by the colleague. Company constantly changing directly (weekly) meaning that no time is given for plans to work or bear fruit. HR/Operations less than supportive and often the source of many problems and the political nature of the company.

    Nothing is perfect
The good thingsA spacious working area with open and cheerful interior design. Well infrastructure such as link bridge from LRT to the office, gym access for employees/tenants. Besides that, there are friendly colleagues and environment, This is a company with multi-racial and we respect each other. Nonetheless, opportunities to learn new things is provided.
The challengesHowever, nothing is perfect. For my position over there, I found that my job scope was not challenging enough and I desire for a better work challenge or stress. Besides that, lacking of communication among departments seem to restrict the company to go further while this might be one of the problems in every company. Overall, the culture has making it as a comfort zone.

The good thingsPropertyguru bring me to explore the huge market trend for properties in online marketing. It's a huge opportunities for me to understand how crucial is online and how it can effect their business.Come to reliaze by doing online advertising we help agents to growth their sales and bring good leads to them.
The challengesThe challenge is learning to understanding bout the online and IT. Educate people about online is kind of challenge for me as some of society still can't accept and still use the traditional way.
