    The good thingsIts been my 8yrs at CIC. Watching them grow, not just in knowledge but in kindness and confidence, is the most fulfilling part of my job.
    The challengesOther than teaching, preparing materials, and communicating with parents. Some kids learn quickly, while others need more support. For sure balancing both can be tough.

    The good thingsSebagai seorang guru tadika disini, saya berasa sangat bertuah dapat bekerja dalam persekitaran yang positif dan baik. Suasana yang ceria dan kreatif juga dapat membolehkan saya untuk mengajar dengan lebih berkesan serta memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang menyeronokkan kepada kanak-kanak.
    The challengesSepanjang bekerja disini, cabaran untuk mengajar kanak-kanak berumur 3-6 tahun tidaklah begitu mudah. Namun sekarang alhamdulillah, saya dapat mengajar mereka dengan baik walaupun terdapat beberapa cabaran pada setiap kanak-kanak.

Saya juga dapat belajar bnyk perkara dalam memahami emosi kanak2. CIC juga antara company yg kukuh & mempunyai bnyk benefit utk pekerja mereka.
    The challengesCabaran yg saya hadapi ialah cara utk saya mengendalikan kelas & juga cara saya mengajar murid yg kurg mahir dlm bersosial & 3M (mengira,membaca,menulis). Tapi saya dapat atasinya dgn adanya rakan sekerja yg baik & boleh beri tunjuk ajar dalam perkara yg saya kurg mahir.

    My experiences while I'm here is really fun and I've got many exposure on how to train new teachers, how to be a leader, how to be a good teammate, and the importance of good communication.
    The good thingsI like the training provided by the company not only used in working time but also usefull in life. Then the working environment is really positive and I learn a lot at here. For me, if you have a good communication, everything can be resolved and no hatred or stress will occurs.
    The challengesThe challenging aspects is when I didn't received the information well from my leader before.
