    CIC has provided me with a great experience during my time working here. I have a good teamwork dynamic, there is training available, and the management team supports teachers, making it easier to teach. Additionally, the environment and colleagues are wonderful. Although there are some students and parents who can be a bit demanding, I enjoy teaching and helping them. This further enhances my sincerity in teaching.

    I love teaching, since i newly one year in cic i got veriety mix experinced. Collaborative and supportive team is the best things since i work here. My last experienced also help me out in this field to adapt. This centre is well planned and organized. Which they (management) had planned the whole year theme and also the topics to discuss every week together with young leaders. They also provide many courses to enchance our qualities as teachers in their company. It is a big things and good for us personally. At centre, we sharing activities and gave ideas to each other. That is how we make bonding in team. Thank you cic for gave a big opportunity for me to join and created a lot more experienced here.

    CIC is a supportive and stress-free workplace.
    The good thingsCIC offers a stress-free job with supportive management and friendly colleagues. Working with kids brings joy and eases stress. The salary isn’t high, but OT helps. Work-life balance is great, early finishing hours. The environment is relaxed, making it hard to find another workplace as comfortable.
    The challenges❌ Basic Salary Isn’t Very High – While it’s manageable with OT, the base salary itself may not be as competitive. ❌ Doubt About Leaving – Because of the positive work environment, it’s hard to find another place that offers the same experience.
