    I love my job and truly passionate with what I am doing.
    The good thingsBefore this, I had work with other company in this field, but I find this company provide many benefits than other companies I had joined. Every year, there have an increment of your salary based on your performance. Other thank that, I work with supportive colleagues and we have a good teamwork.
    The challengesHandling a customer complaint. But, I can manage this challenge with my leader that help me a lot to face this problem. Other than that, lack of communication with the new teachers and fixing a colleague’s mistakes.
