    Good management.. Also teacher can upgrade their skills in teaching and having good experience.
    The good thingsTeachers receive guidance and training every month regarding children. We also gain experience in handling students, parents, and even team workers. CIC provides many benefits based on our performance, which motivates us to do more for others.
    The challengesThere are no major challenges for me so far.

    The challengessaya kurang menyukai memasak di cic kerana pelajar terlalu ramai dan ia juga memenatkan saya kerana perlu memasak dan membasuh pingan & mangkuk yang digunakan pelajar yang sangat ramai.

    Quite good for now (3 weeks) im enjoy with that.
    The good thingsThe environment was okay for now, because i just intern for 3 weeks.
    The challengesNot what i dont like, its more to challenges actually. The children’s behaviour, quite hard to handle. But im okay with that due to it gives me chance and experiences even as a teacher intern.

    The good thingsTeamworks, environment and teacher have been provided with lesson plan for a year and teacher can be fully prepared to do activities. Also many benefits and rewards can get.

    I have been teaching here for almost 9 years (not a lot). I can speak for myself and I can honestly say I do enjoy my job. I have never pictured myself working in a kindergarten but through coincidence I ended up in one. I thought to myself: “one year, and then I move on” - didn't work..

    The good thingsEvery morning I will feel enjoy because in the morning there have 'energizer' like singing , so I as a teacher feel excited to go to CIC and meet with Young Leaders The company has set a plan for the whole year. So teachers can make plans in advance.

    A Tough Experience but Worth It
    The good thingsThe environment, it's not the same as other schools. Although the schedule quite packed but i could see the young leaders enjoying their time here. Alhamdulillah

    I work at CIC almost 18 years, I'm started form zero knowledge about early childhood education. But now I'm really love my job. CIC give me lot of experience about how to handle the kids, supportive management to give knowledge with a 4th training every year for the staff. Work at t CIC will give me opportunity to be a professional teacher in early childhood education. The management will always helps the staff for development our career. I'm really proud to be part of CIC families members and I hope CIC will grow as a international brand.
