    Know how to handle the different kid's behaviour. Good experience and learn new things everyday. Fun workplace and nice experience.
    The good thingsThis company provide training too which is good for the employees to get better skill in teaching and manage the center. Knowledge gaining. Other than teaching, you learn everyday too from the kids.
    The challengesHandling a classroom full is never an easy task. It can be tough to manage the emotions and behaviors of young leaders, and the job requires a lot of energy, patience. Handle new students and new parents.
