    what to expect in this company
    The good thingssalary release and EPF release on time and early eventhough company financial is bad. Good for those who have tight commitment, can get to pay their bills on time and early. Love the traffic because is reverse traffic.
    The challengesmanagement politics. not clear instruction by management. no bonus and no increment. no proper SOP. The office is old, not much decorations in the office for holiday seasons. Often have water disruptions, prepare to bring extra water bottle to avoid thirsty. Have to perform public speaking safety talk from each of the department follow by schedule, challenge for those who are afraid of public speaking in front of everyone/fright stage.

    The good thingsThis company is the most preferred manufacturer in automotive parts manufacturing. You can build your career development here. This company's factory is good and nice as well with the good working environment.
    The challengesThe challenges for working here is there is always needs for improvement which is good for the company. On the other hands. it is hard to get overtime working shift here to boost your monthly income.

    The good thingsThis company provides a variety of automotive engineer challenges and provides employees to be creative and innovative. We definitely gain the opportunity to learn and experience different aspect of engineering, besides the assigned job scope. Fresh graduates who loves challenges and wish to gain exposure in the industry should work here for a couple of years, despite of its low paying salary!!
    The challengesThe most challenging part of working here is facing the customers upfront. There are times that employee has to make a decision to progress forward with minimal direction or supervision. A good training ground to train yourself to be result orientated. However, the management should learn how to acknowledge & reward employees.
