    Good place to learn instrumentation
    The good thingsgood office environment with friendly and supportive colleague. many instrumentation here to be learn and master which really applicable to industries such as process industries, F&B and O&G.
    The challengesNeed proper communication from top-to-bottom and from bottom-to-top. little more transparent on individual job or task either from top or middle management to prevent lost of direction as an employee.
