The challenges- Could have a more clearer and proper career development strategies to always keep employees to be motivated and on their toes to achieve goals.
- Numeration increment was a bit slow making it difficult to cope with life requirements especially in the working area of Klang Valley.
- A bit too much too handle being a small company with insufficient employee can make work a bit stressful.
