    The good thingsWork life balance us spot on.It's a very good promising company with so much potential to grow.
    The challengesCorporate Communications Department is not fully utilised for its specialisation in this organisation. The organisation is growing but the mentality seemed to be stuck in the 90's. However, over the many years I have been here, it has shown a rather impressive improvement. The best suggestion I can give is for the organisation to inject more capable young blood.
