    Don't apply unless you're desperate.
    The good thingsPeople in general are friendly, lots of social activity to do outside of work ie sports, gym etc.
    The challengesThe work is repetitive especially if you're placed into a bad team with egregious amount of work.

    Good for Fresh Grad that unable to find decent job.
    The good thingsGood experiences for fresh graduate to maintain java application and as well the chance to create from scratch as well. Easy interview as well and they probably just take anyone.
    The challengesNo clear direction from management. Higher management didnt trust workers. Basic pay is really low from market as far as I remember.

    The challengeshaving a micro manage, trust issue leader. Not being appreciate and increment or bonuses is based favoritism. Got module in here and selected favorite module only being favor.

    It was okay to be working here. A mediocre company.
    The good thingsNice colleagues, easy to communicate with the higher ups and seniors. Besides that, nothing much to praise.
    The challengesThe amount of work is stressful, and the organization of the company can be quite difficult to understand and follow as we actually working under different team/company. The staffs are nice but when it comes to work or assignment, it's every person for themselves unfortunately.

    Nice environment, mediocre pay kinda job
    The good thingsThe company benefits are nice. Insurance, parking claim, medicine claim, even Overtime Claim... and I'm not even mentioning more types of claims as you work more years for the company. HR department that cares about the workers. Every Raya there's a celebration. The people working in the development team are very helpful so there's no problem in asking around to solve a problem. Flexible clock-in time in the mornings from 8am till 10am, as long as you work for 8 hours (excluding 1 hour lunch) that day. There's a nearby KTM station so you can just walk to the office.
    The challengesThe monthly salary might not be so high, but you get yearly bonus and increments though. I think the other benefits counterbalance this nicely.
