Lack of clear SOPs, poor communication, and an unsupportive work environment made it difficult to perform effectively, leading to unfair blame and frustration.
The good thingslunch and uniform provided save cost
The challengesLack of clear SOPs and proper training made it hard to perform tasks. Communication was poor, and the work environment felt unsupportive. Mistakes were met with blame instead of guidance. Better leadership and structured processes are needed for a better employee experience.

Amazing working experience with Protech Builders Sdn Bhd
The good thingsa lot of knowledge could be learned and could have the opportunity to enhance your engineering skills even though you are new members in the company and also able to enhance the interpersonal skills, drawing skills and design skills while dealing with client and consultant.
The challengesneed to be a multitasking person and also have to well manage the site and also catch up all the progress to meet the date-line and plus you need to push yourself to show to the boss that you can compete with other engineers in the company.

The good thingsMy kind that interesting with extreme and type of willing to learn make me more excited and enjoying doing my task given without any pressure. the superior also help me by teaching me new thing that I need to do about my job scope.
The challengesThat was the people with low mentality and not expose to current surrounding. Hence, working step that not systematic that lead to more problem and obstacles. In this case, for every problem such as NCR or rectification must be repair or make it settle as soon as possible so that not be burden to us.
