    Not recommended to friends that need career progression.
    The good thingsYoung team & good working environment. Work life balance. Good benefits.
    The challengesBad leadership & management. Wrong person to lead roles within company. The values and culture in this company are questionable, there was a lot of politics and I felt people were being dishonest. Challenges dealing with difficult staff, the number of HR complaints was very big.
