    Worst place to start career.Bad management, horrible decision making and most of the time thrown under the buss, nothing positive to share. If you are too nice you will be the scapegoat for almost everything. Even the most experience person will become hopeless and discouraged. Nothing to look forward besides back-stabbing. This is a culture.
