Worst management i have ever seen!
The good thingsColleagues are nice to each other
The challengesNo work life balance. You might receive task thru emails at midnight or during weekend and expecting to be completed by the 1st few hours of next working day. There is no standard SOP, all SOP depend on boss's mood. Favoritism always happen here.

High expectations with low pay. Ridiculous and hopeless management
The good thingsI like my friendly colleagues
The challengesThe boss can shout or use rude words to scold staff. Like to push responsible and accuse or blame others even it's clearly their own mistake. Like to create trouble on small matter by following mood. Many people resigned because of them but they still think it's other people fault.

    Micromanage and miscommunication
The good thingsStepping stone for fresh graduate.
The challengesThere is micromanagement and poor communication within the internal leadership. The benefits are minimal, and the sales targets are excessively high and unrealistic. The boss leads the company based on emotional issues, and there is a lack of trust from the management.

The toxic environment! High turnover rate, with many people leaving within a year!
The good thingsGood platform for fresh graduate to get the career opportunity
The challengesHeavy workload with little pay! A lot of unnecessary, duplicated paperwork with funny requirements and they expect you do it only outside working hours! Toxic! Like to criticize staffs in front of everyone during meetings.

Not recommended for those who are looking for a workplace that emphasizes on work-life balance.
The good thingsThis company is an excellent place for fresh graduates to begin their careers in the sales industry. The starting salary is competitive, and the benefits provided are solid and well-rounded.
The challengesThis company is not good at fostering a healthy work environment. High-stress levels and limited boundaries between work and personal life were common, with little focus on maintaining work-life balance. Unfortunately, this created a challenging atmosphere, impacting overall well-being and job satisfaction.

.Top management tends to micromanage—or rather, 'nano-manage.' Frequent inconsistencies in direction and instructions are highly confusing. Always focus on minor mistakes, finger pointing, creating a toxic environment.
The good thingsA strong team with supportive colleagues, where everyone helps each other—whether they're fresh graduates or have a few years of experience.
The challengesHeavy workload with excessive paperwork, including a lot of unnecessary duplicate documentation
