    The good thingsGood team to work with and the HOD is always fair among the team and treat everyone equally. Friendly working environment. Good non-monetary benefit according to the level. Opportunity to learn is high due to organized job rotation.

    The good thingsGood for technical knowledge and hands on skills. Work environment is very conducive and very helpful colleges.
    The challengesLow salary, no bonus and lack of staff achievement acknowledgement. Another problem is we are not able to do reasonable claim much for site or outstation work.
