    Toxic Workplace and Old School Management
    The good thingsThey use modern IT technology.
    The challengesSupervisor is incompetent and makes lots of mistakes. The local management are staffed with very old people and use outdated methods which makes staff lives miserable. Staff like to bicker among each other and tend to backbite. The office is very basic and looks like a factory canteen.

    The good thingsWorkmates are nice. You bond well with your department mates. Lots of activities organized for this purpose. Casual attire for work. Option to work from home is available. Introverts will like working here, as it is quiet during work hours because everyone is focused on their work.
    The challengesOpen space workstation, so no privacy. Poor ergonomic workstation design. Pay is average. Hard to get recognized for your contributions by the management. Lack of career development.

    The challengesEveryday we wont know what kind of project we can get. Challenges start if you got project that need to be sent by today and there is a lot of things to be done. Other than that, we wont know that what kind of project that we get sometime it is difficult one, sometime it is nice and simple one that require only basic programming languages.
