    WASTING TIME & POOR MANAGEMENT

    The challengesManagement, HR and finance department need to learn back their own course because they don’t even known their own job scope. Previous management is more professional than the current management (Poor unfortunate soul). You work hard in this company but they are not appreciate you at all. Plus, a lot of toxic and no action at all when staff need help. This company quite good already but management seriously poor unfortunate soul and always talk bad behind their own staff but they don’t think they get their salary it’s all came from their own staff. STUDY BACK YOUR OWN COURSE!!

    NOT WORTH YOUR EFFORT AND TIME.
    The good thingsGood colleague and so much to learn.
    The challengesSo many bad things. Bad management, too many work loads, short man power, high turnover rate, very very low salary, not good for career growth and not worth your time and effort. No bonus, no festive celebration, no work life balanced, no OT payment, no annual dinner, no increment, no team spirits, HR not responsible and doesn’t understand staff’s job scope.

    The good thingsHOD was awesome and she stands up for what she believes in.
    The challengesTeamwork is difficult to achieve from some of the employees. The culture here is somewhat clique oriented which I believe is not conducive for newcomers.

    The good thingsThe business is expanding. Environment and people is very friendly. This company practice a very good buddy system. Every senior/ superior will lead you all the way from zero. Whenever you required assistance, there will be someone to guilds you. Is like a family to me. You will definitely get to learn many new things in this industry.
