    Great place to learn new skill
    The good thingsGreat place for those who love to travel, especially single people. You will be given the opportunity to manage your project. Seniors will be there to guide you when you need help or advice.
    The challengesRoom for improvement in process flow as organization chart just revamp recently. Working hours are inconsistent due to worldwide projects.

    The good thingsMajor strengths of this company is their ability to effectively communicate technical information in an understandable way to Customer. I also appreciated their effort from Managers to support any technical questions I had along the way. They clearly have a wealth of technical knowledge and experience in the industry, and their solutions were tailored to meet customer specific needs. The final product exceeded our expectations and the project was completed efficiently and on time.
    The challengesOverwhelmed by the workload, which can be challenging to manage at times. Limited resources, company faces resource constraints which causing distraction as too many task needed to complete.

    The good thingsOpportunity to travel around the globe, meeting different levels of people, professionals & consultants with a different background and be able to learn local code & design practice/standards.
    The challengesThe company is not a listed company, just a subsidiary to others, it is own & control by another parent company. Your Bonus & increments are needed to approve by the mother company, the company is too big to manage & too much politics. The tops management does not care enough to know the competence of the key person and the employee reward & recognition system doesn't really work here, no matter how excellent you are!!!

    Good Place To See The World
    The good thingsThe best thing during my tenure here is the chances that i've got to explore the world as well as meeting new colleague from various part of the world. It is pleasant that we can learn new thing with interaction between ours various counterpart.
    The challengesYou will face though challenge for you social life and family. You need to be abroad for certain amount of time for duration 3 to 6 month per trip depend on the urgency of the project.If you're married you may have difficult time due to lack of time spend toward your family.
