    A company with huge potential.
    The good thingsI am happy performing and growing alongside the company. They have great ideas and vision for the tourism industry in Melaka and I am proud to be part of it.
    The challengesThere are not personal challenges in terms of working as theater performer as long as we fulfill our due diligence. However, due to the company's low performance in their sales revenue, the company took some questionable decisions to cut down expenses and overhead. As this is a top-down decision, many feedback were not well received by the management.

    The good thingsFood is provided and the work loads is very few. Good working environment
