    bad environment and management
    The good thingsPeople are good here, and they won't hesitate to give a hand for you.
    The challenges1. they don't have a proper management system which the HR can confuses people with words. 2. Company do have handbook and only follow rules with the benefit for company but not employees. 3. Leave are extremely low as 8 days only. 4. work life not balance which need to be 24 hours standby 5. benefit really less.

    There are good things and bad things in the company!
    The good thingsManagement willing to share their own experience and provide you opportunities to explore new things and learn new things. This company provide generous remuneration package which slightly better then the market rate.
    The challengesThe benefits of the company such as annual leave etc is lower comparing to most of the companies. Don't expect to have a lively working environment.
