The Culture in Leo Burnett & AdvertisingThe good thingsI've had very good bosses working here. They're 'doors' were always open, and they've always stood by the team through all challenges.
Management is fair, they do care about the wellbeing of their staff!
Colleagues from other departments are pretty easy to work with too, except you are required to invest some time to build trusting relationships with the more senior people.
The challengesSeeing that this is an advertising industry, Clients are one of the main challenges. You have to be prepared to work hard, and by this I mean be ready to work long hours - very long hours. Deadlines are sometimes ridiculous, but be assured that the Project Management team are always there to help plan projects timely. Some of the creatives are very junior, so you have to be very patient too.
