    Bad Company ever I was working for
    The good things1) I don't get any good things from this company, as long can earn experience to explore more to other company. 2) Good for fresh graduate to get a job.

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues and management. won't give too much pressure on you. Opportunity to deal with the expertise from other regions. given the chance to involve in several projects. in this, you can discover and learn new things from it. the process is not easy, but if you continue you will see something. the company also provided something to those who show persistence and ability to drive some results to the project.
    The challengesI been working in this company for 4 years and is cruel to see those who have been joined under the same batch but still remain the same title. if you are not able to deliver something out of daily routine tasks (keep staying in the comfort zone, give excuses to decline/delay new job scope to ensure come in and leave on time), then you will hard to get the promotion. what I can say is the opportunity is always there, just depend on how much you grab it between life balance.

    The challengesNo challenge, bad management, no training provided, no growth, no account background needed for account job. copy paste job, no increment, less bonus, low budget. offer low to nil employee benefit. senior exec hold fresh grad pay and doing the leader job.

    Bored jobs ever
    The good thingsSurrounding area a lot of foods to choose and colleagues are good.
    The challengesLimited job scope, no benefits (monetary) at all but they just provide breakfast as your benefits, but the breakfast portion for all the people will finish very soon. Office area / environment is bored, a lot of things are defect. Not accountable and transparency (will experienced once join). Will keep repeat to do the same thing.

    The challengesNothing to learn. Not recommended for expert or talent to join. Things are very easy and straight forward, not challenging at all because task is very limited. Will easy get bored because of very less thing to do. I joined for few years, no increment and bonus at all, even got bonus, it is very less. Salary below your expectation. A lot of colleagues here seldom will get bonus, because we are not sure how they measured the KPI. No benefit at all.

    The good thingsBesides good colleagues, nothing much is good here.
    The challengesSame old job everyday with no learning space. Benefits are terrible, company seems like on a tight budget with no consistent bonus and increment every year. Company offers useless benefits such as free daily breakfast and birthday leave to trick you in staying.

    Great place to work!!!
    The good thingsOverall the company is a great place to work, the people around are the most friendlist . Management team is helpful and understanding. Big support from the regional team. A good exposure from globally. Get to learn a lot of things. Chances of moving from one dept to another are very open. Some position even allow some travel and great exposure.
    The challengesMostly on the project. Quite a lot sometimes. But its not really a bad challenge.

    The good thingsa good platform for a fresh graduate to start a new journey of working life. there are many scope of work in certain postion. you will do only a small scope or work or a part of AR position for instance. you will only have a carear development if you are given chances to handle another scope of work in the position. if not you will end up doing the same thing for the whole time.

    The good thingsI like the challenges here, I love the open management style and I enjoy the great teamwork. The thing about working here is giving as much as you so that you learn and grow. I think this is the best company I have worked in :-) Honestly!!! :-)

    The good thingsThere is good colleagues and team leader, colleague are friendly and kindly, you can ask whatever you don't know they willing to answer and help, team leader is very nice when you face problem he will help to figure out to solve the problem with you even he is busy. Good benifi, free breakfast buffet you can take abit more for lunch, is very save money.
    The challengesIf you work bored with the position you taking up to one year you can ask to change other department or other team, to learn something new and get more experience, is good to lern with this company, sometime need to handle many invoices and agency questions can train working speed and to run after two hares.
