    condusive work environment, you can get your fresh air here in the morning since this is a resort place
    The good thingsmy teams, officemate and employee who are friendly and have good relationship with me. The humble general manager and and support their staff if we get any issue or problem. All staff have commitment on attending program that have been made by HR and the good cooperation in doing task assigned make me love almost all about my job. Thanks for giving me chance to work here and have experience with all wonderful staff here

    Wouldn't recommend my friend to work at Pulai Springs Resort
    The good thingsResort working environment therefore quite relaxing in terms of good relaxed ambient.
    The challengesSince I used to work at a MNC company, working here has a different culture and environment. The challenges was mainly on how slow the work pace was and how they prefer to pick on others instead of incorporating a MNC working culture which I was used to. Furthermore, the salary is always very late and it will only be paid on the next month instead of 25th of every month.
