    The good thingsPuma offers a competitive salary package and strong brand presence in the market. The role provides exposure to high sales targets and operational management.
    The challengesHowever, store operations can be unstructured, with several processes still handled manually. Direction from higher management may change frequently, which can create confusion in execution and alignment. Work-life balance can also be challenging due to operational demands.

    the management level has too much power to oppress subordinates, even if the subordinates have done nothing wrong. the saddest thing is that the company's system is not designed to help grassroots employees.

    The good thingsNew changes in management and direction lead to better brand. New HOD with a good experience about the brand lead the brand to be a better competitor in the industry. Since April 2016, there's a lot of improvement in retail. The retail staff performance improve since 2015.
    The challengesLess communication interdepartmental. Lack of trust among staff. Some staff were busy body and love to mind others business. Decision was made without consulting the right person can cause misunderstanding and can harm the brand.

    Fun filled opportunity driven company
    The good thingsOpen minded , not hierachical . Management provides ample opportunity for progression . Environment is fun , friendly and towards young lifestyle driven. Management is open to ideas of change initiated from bottom. Team building activities are always very engaging and ensuring all employees of all levels able to blend in together. Inter dept are in sync and open to ideas if change is necessaary .
    The challengesThe office regional office set up. Most managers are placed in singapore and this causes communication delayed between parties. Office desks should be given a bigger space to allow files and documents to be archieve properly . Sales pick up slow could demotivate morale of retail staffs in particular and incentive should be introduced in another way instead. Office facilities should be upgraded.
