The challengesThe stress level was very high due to the amount of workload. The process of claiming the claims and OT allowances, which were difficult and the payments were never on time (sometimes can be 2 months late), and when it comes to tasks and assignments, the staffs weren't being very helpful. It's every person for themselves over there.
