    The good thingsFlexible, anything you need you can explore based o my experience as Maintenance Preventive Leader. Benefit, Team work, enviroment is very nice, learn many things here as long as you want. You an get experience to do other job scope such as supervisor,planner even specialist lubrication person as you want. Very friendly senior maintenance manager.
    The challengesCommunication between department not to good, difficult to implement preventive maintenance for all maintenance technician and production technician. Sometime lot of work but lot of experience and knowledge you will get.

    Its a very good company for internship / practical student to came and spend their experiences in working here.
    The good thingsAll is good and they provide food for the employees for lunch plus sometimes have desert too.. The workers here are find and they are very help full they help alot n let us learn alot about their company working process all.
    The challengeshave to be brave enough to face all the problem and ask alot of things that we dono learn alot of new things by each department like mine i learn alot about document , sample , communication , filing and preparing air way bill.. its alot of challenges but it fun..!!

    The good thingsIt is a fast growing company and currently is among the top stevia production companies in the world. Very challenging enviroment as we are producing extract/ pure compound from plant. The process needs to adjust time to time. Very good benefits to employees like insurance cover, allowance and etc... The salary pay to the executive level is generally higher than market.
    The challengesNew factory with lot of areas for improvement especially superior sometime refused to change. Need to expose to certain degree of danger as lot of different type of solvents used in the production. Other than that, the factory is located in the middle of nowhere.
