    very comfortable and friendly.
    The good thingsthe seniors are very kind and helpful. there are break times given to every employee. seniors are always ready to help if i need something. they always watch over me in case i did wrong and correct me right after.
    The challengesi need to stand all the time and my legs feel numb. also i must wear lipstick in order to look happy eventhough i am allergic to lipstick.

    The challengesThe company should know well about how to manage the staff. Do not be too strict with the staff because it give negative effect on the work environment. It also will affect the staff.

    A great experience as a cashier with full of social skills especially in entertain the customer.
    The good thingsAll employees have strong desire to do job well as there is an assessment for all the job that we had done in order to get excellent achievement for our store. The staffs always have to keep a smiling face in whatever situation and dress up nicely with no pale look on our face, so the customer seems really happy and comfortable when buying with us.
    The challengesWhenever the store close exceed it business hour, the staffs's salary was still remain the same. That's why many staffs felt unfair and want to quit their job.

    Its been great working at different kind of place because i can have many experience and handle the problems with different kind of situation.
    The good thingsThe employees try to help me on many aspect since im new at workplace. They also have a strong teamwork to manage the problems incurred and friendly not only for customer but with all the employees. The employees also dont let other team members being difficult and ready to give their hand to help.
    The challengesDuring peak season such school holidays, the company not have enough workers to cover the department because there are many things to do such manage the new stock that arrived. So the company need to hire more part time workers especially during peak season.

    EASY WORK
    The good thingsThe environment are good and safe . Manager are not so firm to all staff. Every morning will have briefing about the customer complain, sales and staff behaviour. It can make staff and company be more good and improve the company name. The staff also can get discount if buy at HARI-HARI .
    The challengesDifficult for staff to restock the stock cause the space are not enough and staff need to renovate the place so taht the new stock can be sell .
