    SO FAR SO GOOD WORKING HERE
    The good thingsSalary is always on time Non-toxic work environment, everything is okay The boss is strict but fair Frequent opportunities to travel abroad (Indonesia, Thailand) Regular team building activities to release stress
    The challenges1) Dealing with Parents’ Behavior: Sometimes challenging – need patience, empathy, and good communication to handle different types of parents (some overprotective, some unresponsive, some high expectations). 2) Workload & Time Pressure: Workload is high and deadlines are tight – need to prioritize well, stay organized, and be efficient under pressure.

    I've been working fo 5 years in Pusat Tuisyen Minda Optima as a clerk and also a tution teacher
    The good thingsAble to learn on how to teach student on how to read without need to spell.. able to learn on how to teach student with autism,ADHD,and slow learner.. Able to learn on how to close sale for new registration.
    The challengesThe challenging things in working in this company is we have to teach student with autism,ADHD and slow learner.. since I'm also the clerk in that company,I'm also have to face a lot of customer behaviour.
