    Learn how to supervising a worker
    The good thingsThe good things i have learn in this company is learning how to do a cleaning. So this method can do anywhere, anytime in real life even at home. I have use this method in my house, teaching back all my friends how to do a cleaning. And.. amazing things is can do this method when you are washing cars.
    The challengesChallenge working in this company is supervising a worker, monitoring a worker, teaching a worker even in a public area teaching. For example, in shopping complex. My bad experience that i have enjoy and keep as memory is teaching a worker in front of public area in shopping complex how to mopping, before mopping and after mopping a floor correctly when in large area.

    A lot of system introduced with no proper planning and guidance cause employee work pressure overloaded.
