A pretty good for personal and career growth,
The good thingsVery nice colleagues and supportive management. Work arrangement and delegation is organized. Instant feedback and comments will be given from the management on the work done. Easier and clearer to work under such management style as compared to vague instructions and requirements.
The challengesKPI/Milestone can sometimes be hard to achieve but it's still within a reasonable boundary.

    Terrible management team
The good thingsCompany provide free parking, that's all.
The challenges1. Traditional and unhealthy management team. 2. The management team is stubborn and does not take a different view. 3. The instructions are not clear, and simply make a decision. So,the plan always changes. 4. The management did not have management skills and narrow minds. 5. Low benefits and salary if compared with another company.

The only thing that made me stay was my colleagues
The good thingsMy former teammates were all really friendly individuals and have amazing work ethics. As a team, we worked really well together so there was never a problem for us to tackle tasks together. (Most of them have left the company by now, as they should cause they deserve better.)
The challengesThe challenges you'll have to face in this company includes low salary, discord management, expectations to overtime regularly, extremely low salary increment, dealing with mood swings from bosses on a daily basis, ridiculously long hours of irrelevant meetings, and unrealistic expectations for deadlines. All these above have severely affected the team's workflow and productivity. It was stressful and unsatisfying to stay in this company. The accumulative stress had caused me to fall ill more often and I felt better mentally and physically after I left this company. Last but not least, the turnover rate is relatively high in this company (except for those who are in higher positions).

    Bad management team.
The good thingsFriendly colleague. We are all close as family, except with the management.
The challengesThe management are arrogant, never try to understand the process of work for each department. No vision for the company, company direction changes every few months.

    Stressful and overloaded work load
The good thingsA positive working environment with friendly and helpful colleagues who always support one another.
The challengesThe workload is just too overwhelming, short of man power, and there is no balance between work and life.

A good experience for a fresh graduate but not for someone who wants to build a career
The good thingsThe ability to work independently in my own space while listening to music as long as i finish the project within the allocated dateline.
The challengesA lot of ad hoc work that make me not able to focus on my own project. There is no future for me here because my career path for my line of work is not very far here.

    Bridging the gap
The good thingsThe people are supportive of each other especially amongst the younger age group which makes up of the majority workforce, resulting good inter-department alignment with all heading towards similar goal and objectives.
The challengesDynamic and inspirational leadership is much needed at the top management in order to improve the culture and working process, as well as to nurture the current workforce comprising of newer generation behaviour.
