Always feel blessed and never take it for granted whenever we are getting a good Company.The good thingsThroughout my 30 years of working experiences, I genuinely found that this is one of my favourite Companies. The main reason was mainly due to the strong bonding of the Board of Directors and CEO whom they are always open minded and willing to listen to our feedback constructively. Their respectful and appreciation mindset to every single of the employees in the Company. There are many long service employees in the company already proven that the top management manage to give the employees job security feeling for sustainability. In a nutshell, I always feel blessed for having this opportunity to work in this Company. Keep it up and I am sure management will be able to accredit your efforts.
The challengesAnywhere we stay and work definitely will have a lot of challenges. If we can take it optimistically, challenges that we are able to overcome will become the fertilizer from our hard work of cropping. Harvesting always derived from good deeds.
