    Safety first!
    The good thingsThe company has always maintain good safety record, no accident since. Premobilisation is conducted before sending crew to site. periodic training is provided to ensure all crew that go to site will use equipment safely
    The challengestoo many paperwork related to safety, attendance to fill in, vehicle log book to record, safety observation to fill in. Also as leader, need to conduct safety briefing, apply permit to work, attend safety meeting

    Salary paid on time
    The good thingsCompany has so far paid salary on time. Salary is at par with market, and company never cheat and make sure paid as promised amount. Any issue with salary can be brought forward to discuss with Human Resource department
    The challengesSometimes company prefer not to engage crew for project, give opportunity to permanent staff. Human resource always call to ask when are we free and when are going to renew our training, when are going to renew our medical

    The good thingsSafety is the most important aspect working in very dangerous working environment, thus company with good track record shows that they take care of staff. Company also make sure all workers are trained before handling any equipment
    The challengesSometimes too many talk about safety is boring, too strict also not not good. Safety means a lot of paperwork, attendance, company vehicle movement, unsafe act, unsafe condition, also client site have to observe

    Good place to learn
    The good thingstraining given to new staff, superior very good trainer. siuperior share information with all involve. if have problem, they not angry when we ask. like one big family, work environment very nice, staff very helpful
    The challengesWork must come on time, work must report when finish, cannot just sit no ask for work.If cannot finish any work also must tell. Must always save, cannot simply print. Order stationery must follow budget.

    good pay salary ontime
    The good thingsalways pay salary on time, always call when got job, give training, help do card, call inform if training expired, call when medical expired. Pay amount as per contract agreement. not happy can talk to supervisor
    The challengescall one or two time only a year, very strong when do wrong in safety, always give talk when client complain. must inform when training and medical expired. office punish when equipment damage. office punish when not return company things.

    Salary pay as promise
    The good thingsSalary pay as promise, on time and amount same in agreement. Give coverall, glove to work. Help apply card to enter plant and offshore for free. can ask for not mob if have family issue or work with other company
    The challengesvery strict with HSE, cannot play at work or drink alcohol at work. must have medical report and attend training before can get work. have to report all the time when mob and demob. must learn how to do speak and write English

    The good thingsworking like one big family, help each other, give training, salary paid on time. Flexi hours, come late so have to go back late. fasting month can go back early for muslim staff. Leave easy approve if work all done
    The challengesVery strict with work, mistake must do good. friends busy sometimes, so have to do self. Must understand English. Work must finish ontime, if not have to report to superior when can finish the work. Office too quite.

    The good thingsGood training ground to explore potential and training is provided. Good working environment. Peers are very helpful with support from superior. Small outfit thus less red tapes, can directly express concern or suggestion to higher management.
    The challengesManagement allows flexi hours with staff, this can cause misunderstanding of working hours especially with client and peers as others working hours might nor fit. This can delay work execution. Can consider to provide food at pantry?
