It's okThe good thingsThe highlight would be work-life balance. Loving the fact we can go back sharp at 5.30pm without a guilt (but that depends for each department). Staff development is individually catered. If you know what training you need for career advancement, do speak. Office environment is great if you're placed in central office, that is PJ.
The challengesPromotion on position is a bit too slow. Bonus is bad. Staff benefit is even worse. Don't get me started on medical benefit. But I guess that problem will only be applicable to executives.
If you have to work in KL office, PLEASE think about it a million times. Especially if you're coming in as an exec. Staff not allowed to use microwave or fridge, not allowed to eat in the pantry/bar area.
CEO doesn't care about staff welfare, even you brought up the issue. He will tell grandmother story on how he had to leave his country and coming to Asia.
