Work-life balance, AMAZING BOSS and COLLEAGUES
The good thingsThe management was very helpful. The opportunity is given by the boss. He loves to see his staff GROW. Always give advice on how we can improve our skills. Willingly teach his staff, train them. From zero to HERO. Always support staff in whatever they do. Overall, management, colleagues is AMAZING!!!!
The challengesThe challenges is dealing with people only. But, if we know the right way to overcome it, it will never have any problem. I LOVE QC!

Work life balance and that’s that
The good thingsWork life balance. And that’s that.
The challengesDoes not have clear vision for the future. The management team always blame you if you make any mistake even though it just a small one. Be careful, will have a lot of mental pressure here

HR ManagerThis is the mentality of a loser and one that lost direction. It is a personal individual that lost of clear vision, and refuse to take effort to learn and ask, expect spoon feeding and always make small mistakes

Plenty of opportunity for growth, mentorship
The good thingsBenefits are pretty standard, salary is high, so are expectations (commensurate with high salary). Ample office parking that is free! Work-wise, Monday to Friday, minimal OT once familiar with the workings (I worked extra hours only during my initial 2 months as I was learning alot, so it depends on your own learning pace). Management will keep a tight rein at first (probation), which is the chance for employees to understand what is expected and to prove their worth. Once proven to be capable, reins will loosen. As an SME, this company is surprisingly systematic, there are still room for improvement of course, and good thing is that management recognizes this and striving to always improve. Finally, it is a good company to grow with. Not boring. Mentorship is there but don't expect to be spoon-fed, you will need to take action and grasp the opportunity.
The challengesNo walking distance lunch places, need to drive out. Management tend to be misunderstood, so need to be mindful and take initiative to communicate properly with management so direction is clear. It is up to employee to ask if you don't understand something (no spoonfeeding).

The challengesConstants challenges and new things. Not for the weaklings. If you are looking to change your routines and challenges this is the company

    Understanding the company's expectation.
The good thingsFrom the records, the management have freshly recruited a new Team of Sales Engineers after a dozens of them have gone in the past. I was one of the new Team of Sales Engineers. The good about this Team was that we were all naturally had the Team Spirit even though we all come from different backgrounds and skills. But unfortunately, the New Team is also gone in less than 1.5 years of our working
The challengesThere is no clear vision and direction from the Management as there were many restriction in carrying out the task. In sales, it is a requirement for customer service and visit but in my experience in this company, we are to limit the customer visit and service. The concept of customer service is by upon request by customer, only then we are required to make a visit to the customer and service.
