Work-wise, Monday to Friday, minimal OT once familiar with the workings (I worked extra hours only during my initial 2 months as I was learning alot, so it depends on your own learning pace).
Management will keep a tight rein at first (probation), which is the chance for employees to understand what is expected and to prove their worth. Once proven to be capable, reins will loosen.
As an SME, this company is surprisingly systematic, there are still room for improvement of course, and good thing is that management recognizes this and striving to always improve.
Finally, it is a good company to grow with. Not boring. Mentorship is there but don't expect to be spoon-fed, you will need to take action and grasp the opportunity.
