    Everything was good except for the HOP practise
    The good thingsFlexible working arrangement. Benefits are good. The team is highly collaborative, supportive, and driven by shared goals. Great support from team members to achieve tight due date.
    The challengesLack of job security as no transparent in the Head Count Optimisation Plan (HOP) conducted by the management. I was attached to a team where the team leader was using HOP as a hint or warning that makes you think you are "on table" from time to time.

    Great working exposure
    The good thingsSeated in the legal department and was exposed to a wide variety of work. From reviewing/drafting agreements to conducting research on different area of law for various countries. My colleuges and head of department has also been helpful and was there for me whenever needed.
