    The good thingsThe employer was friendly and good working environment. They also give a guidance for the new learner to get more knowledge on related field. The other employers from different department also help me when it is needed.
    The challengesEverything was well. The most challenges was I need to adapt with the working environment especially for the new learner and communication with the foreigner workers to delivered information or instructions.

    The good thingsGreat working environment , staff , manager and engineer as well as the fellow technician . A lot of stuff to learn , highly potential to gain experience in machine learning as varieties of machine used in the production and it came from all over the world brand . Job scope wasn't limited to your field , you can help others department and learn more .
    The challengesShift rotation and standby on call was normal for an industrial company . A great technician has to be prepared for those . Unfortunately , the salary wasn't to satisfied . out of 10 I could give only 5/10 for salary . The work done wasn't equivalent to the payment . Kinda upset a bit there .

    The good thingsI gain my first job here after graduate on year 2005. Without any work experience, the employer offer to me the title HR Executive. I have giving a chance to learn as well as opportunity to be promoted to HR Manager after 3 years. Must appreciate the patient and guidance giving by management toward me. I believe if i can put more afford, I will get more career opportunity in future.
    The challengesDuring starting with my first job and the nature work. I have facing a lot problem where unfamiliar with acts and regulations as well as facing with the difficult employees. Besides, I have create a lot problem to company and head of department due to unfamiliar with work. However, the company forgive and giving chance as well as training to enhance my knowledge and skills.
