    The good thingsAlthough I initially had reservations, the warmth and camaraderie within the team quickly made me feel at home. Despite any challenges, the support and genuine care from my colleagues have made this a special work experience. It's incredible to be part of a company where coworkers truly feel like family.
    The challengesOne challenge we face is the limited manpower which often leads to heavy workloads. With more resources or better workforce planning, it would be easier to manage the workload effectively. Nevertheless, the team's dedication and support make it a rewarding experience overall.

    The good thingsI joined QNE as an employee from year 2020 till now which also my first job. Since i was new to work, I was lack of experience to the current process in accounting fields and knowledge on the demand of IT software tools, framework and others. But... QNE have provide a good environment for me to growth my career to higher up level. I was glad and happy that QNE TRUST and give me opportunity to work as an (Optimum) Project Team Leader to have my own team member in a short time. >.< At the same time, QNE also care to all of employees to ensure they have their happier life, better future and also could have more time with our families. QNE also take action by developing some tools such as Performance Appraisals, Key Performance Indicator, and others...... that able to help employee to improve to become a better version of ourself. Those tools are able to enlarge our strength and improve our weakness. 💪 Beside that, QNE have a audacious BHAGs which is also "To Be The NO.1 Choice Of Cloud Accounting And Payroll Software In South East Asia".     The challengesCustomer priority on the urgent cases with deadline which we have to study well on customers' problems and analyse with software programmer with the solution to be given to the customer on the timeline given and make sure the solution is helping users to solve the root problem.

    Working experience
    The good thingsNothing really i could describe the good part. May be they offer share to you, but they would minimize their profit (transfer money to personal account) and you wouldn't get more. And by giving share, expect you to give more, which is fair, but always ask you don't expect salary raise as you have share.
    The challengesVery less money invest into staff and product. So staff turnover are very high and product remain the same.
