    Growth and Opportunity
    The good things- good company culture and colleagues, knowledge always sharing among each others - good bosses and seniors, always giving guidance and opportunity to learn and grow - good increment - good start for fresh graduates - good working environment - salary on time sometimes even earlier!
    The challenges- challenging on work loads and timelines, although it is tough, it make staff growing fast - sometimes directions is unclear, however this can train staff thinking and decision making independently - it is very challenging for “spoon feed” staff as everyone is very busy on own tasks, team is helpful only when you ask for helps

    Good Start For Fresh Graduate
    The good thingsColleagues are helpful, able to boost up product knowledge in general within short period. Many potential and talented skillful staffs in company.
    The challengesNo bonus given even the hard works contributed by all staffs. Staffs expected to work overtime and deliver work without having personal life. Lots of potential to growth if management change the old mindset and have better time control as well as project management planning.
