poor managementThe good things- most of clinic staff are good and easy to work with.
- able to learn and gain a lot of various experiences
- good environment, friendly and helpful clinic staff
- medical benefit
- annual dinner
- birthday gifts
The challenges- irrational datelines
- expect to work more and commit in your work
- required to be multitasking and willing to do all sections/departments (ie; account, HR, clinical, finance, business development)
- most departments are bad performance-ship, less cooperation given, biased (hard to work with)
- no OT paid with overloaded work and urge you to work more than normal operation hours.
- expect you to work 24/7
- a lot of bad influencer in corporate office, they will pick any staff name that they 'feel' not give full cooperation to do what ever report they want as to save their own carrier to the top bosses. without proper investigation and proper HR procedures, they will proceed to terminate the worker.
