    The good things- Nice Colleagues - Energetic working environment - Learnt different skills based on assigned project
    The challenges- No work life balance - Project arrangement is random and may totally suit own skills and ambition - Unable to learn targeted skills since project is assigned based on luck - Stupid increment policy ( without pro rate of joining period)
