    So far So good No issues about salary
    The good thingsBefore joining this company, I did my research. In some comments, the salary will be paid late. That concerned me a lot, but after I joined, the HR was the new HR, and my salary was paid on the exact same day as stated. When I have a need or a question, HR is quick to respond.

    Office politic - dont recommended
    The good thingscolleague is friendly.
    The challengeshigh on office politics. staff welfare can be taken away if HR dont like you. no work life balance - some user reported problem and you want to troubleshoot, they will ask u do after working hour. working environment - management dont concern on safe working environment because you will be using spoil, chair, spoil table and no pest control or even no service or maintenance on office thingy. Career development - if you know how to shoe polish and work with double standard.

    The good thingsSenior staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. Kuching branch is the worst. Bosses only see people who good in shoe polishing. Must learn how to polish shoe in this company.

    The good thingsKnowledge and boss. Knowledge- they able and willing to train newly fresh graduates even they have zero knowledge in the field. Boss- they are not boss but a leader. they will guide you through on how to solve the problem.

    The good thingsThis is a great place to those want to learn logistics world. They able and willing to teach even you have zero knowledge. Working environment and bosses are great too! no joke! Bonus minimum 1month depends on your performance. However salary is so-so only if compare with competitors..
    The challengesCommunication. You have to be patient in handling and communicating with agents around the world including Malaysian agents to fulfill their needs and requirement.
