Great manager, awesome team, and genuinely supportive people make coming to work actually enjoyable
The good thingsThe good things Honestly, I couldn't ask for a better manager - he is super supportive and care about helping me grow in my career. My team is amazing too. Even though we're all in different regions, we communicate really well and work together seamlessly. Everyone's just really helpful and collaborative, And our HR team is great - they're actually responsive when you need them!
The challengesHonestly, I don't have many complaints at all. If I had to mention something, it would be nice to have a clearer understanding of company progression timelines, but I'm still relatively new and learning. Overall, any areas for improvement are really minor compared to how positive my experience has been so far.

My favorite workplace
The good thingsThis is not my first job, but this is my first time having such a positive experience with the people especially HR team. They genuinely encourage feedbacks from the team and take action to resolve problems whenever possible.
I also have great team and leads, working smoothly without any unnecessary conflicts which I experienced in past roles. (at least within my team, I haven't faced such challenges)
On top of that, pantry is always stocked with snacks and drinks.

The manager is extremely rude, egotistical, and lacks empathy, showing no respect for team members. She frequently shouts at the team, bangs the table when angry, and belittles people publicly in front of others. Her behavior makes her one of the most toxic managers in the company. I tried addressing this with her personally, but she always insists she’s right and seems unable to take any constructive feedback from the team. She is not very helpful in terms of being a manger.

The challengesThe manager is incredibly rude, overly egotistical, and shows no empathy or respect for the team. She has a habit of shouting at team members, banging the table in anger, and publicly degrading people. Her behavior makes her one of the most toxic managers in the company

Toxic manager. Never encountered someone as toxic before. Will scream at you in almost every meeting and has no respect for others. Constantly questions your worth and very hard to communicate with. There’s no room for growth, sharing opinions, or healthy discussion. Will feel drained every time after meeting and will make you miserable when she's being chased by higher-ups, even if you’re not involved in the situation. People come and go because of the manager, yet no formal action from HR.

Everything outside of work is perfect but everything related to work is hell.
The good thingsUnlimited coffee and snacks such as peanuts and cookies are provided. Sometimes canned drinks are provided as well including canned beers.
The challengesVery condemning schedule and deadline and the pressure from higher ups when behind schedule is suffocating till the point where you would like to quit but many stayed due to the high pay. The head of department is especially toxic where he would disregard your self-worth and say means words like "stuff like this also you don't know? Are you sure you got study in University and not sleeping when lecturers are teaching"

Software Engineer
The good thingsNo political issue, result oriented, Good increment and bonuses. Spacious work desk and two screens provided. A lot of team and company activities. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.
The challengesWorkload is above average. Sometime need to work at night to support Europe or US clients. A lot of ad-hoc works/supports.
