    Very difficult bosses who pushes work around
    The good thingsLearn a lot very fast. The more you can you, the more you get (working past midnight 80% of the time)

    Company does not appreciate staff
    The good thingsGood colleague that will teach and guide new staff.
    The challengesVery low increment, career progression and salary is low. Mostly they are still using traditional ways in the management/HR. The HR is not very helpful and not sure how they manage all the staffs turnover. The company will only appreciated higher rank staffs.
