    The challengesGot to serve for a contract department. That department does not has a clear job description for the job offered. Too much workload. Does not has bonus and increment. No parking and no parking allowance except for permanent staff.

    The good thingsGood thing is you got a job.
    The challengesBad thing is you got a job HERE. No bonuses, increment, all just sweet words from management. You got no chance to step up the ladder, they will simply put you into any dept they want, benefit so low, the medical claimable not even par with market. They push for hardwork and KPI from staff, yet they give nothing. Money wasted on unnecessary things, staff wellfare is left out. You just work, and get salary. Like robot.
