    Overall, a great place to learn and grow professionally.Positive Very supportive and understanding management on staff needs. Able to provide some extra benefits such as inpatient insurance coverage, Bonus, increment, attendance encouragement scheme, yearly awards, rewards, angpow, annual dinner and lucky draw, weekly time off benefits for long serving staffs, to motivate the employees to perform better. Complying the basic employment law to all employees without fail. Negative. May consider to adapt some flexibility for some positions for future betterment. Staffs needs to be very supportive among each other and with management directions.

    The good thingsEnjoy the great salary given even for a fresh grad like me. Friends and colleagues are too much harmony for me. Of course enjoying the desired job you've always wanted is the best thing ever. Learned a few things about how different the operational and thinking of two different countries between Malaysia and Singapore. As my employer and HQ are based in Singapore.
    The challengesOf course the challenges would be too great to handle for me. Being as the only person who supports sales activity and marketing related activities for 3 branches in Malaysia (Penang, Bangi, Johore0 and also for HQ in Singapore, the burden would be on me alone as the only Sales and Marketing Coordinator in this Company.
